A leading company in the healthcare sector, Dis-Chem Pharmacies, is actively seeking a visionary Head of Learning & Leadership Development. This is an incredible chance to shape the future of learning within an esteemed organization in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning & development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality training programs and workshops across the organization.
  • Utilize insights from organizational psychology to design and improve learning initiatives that foster employee engagement and performance.
  • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant qualification in Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Learning & Development, with a strong background in leadership training.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills; proficiency in learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team towards achieving outstanding results.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
