Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning & development strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality training programs and workshops across the organization.
- Utilize insights from organizational psychology to design and improve learning initiatives that foster employee engagement and performance.
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant qualification in Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Learning & Development, with a strong background in leadership training.
- Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills; proficiency in learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team towards achieving outstanding results.
💰 Salary Insight
