Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support to all resorts operated by the company throughout South Africa.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for staff and guests.
- Maintain and manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient uptime and performance.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems, and train staff on IT processes.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
