Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
- Manage and organize case files, documents, and dockets for litigation matters.
- Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation.
- Schedule appointments, court hearings, and depositions.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, maintaining effective communication throughout the case process.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Litigation Secretary, demonstrating expertise in legal documentation.
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in legal software and excellent organizational skills are essential.
