Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and other specimen collections in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and maintain proper specimen handling and processing.
- Provide excellent patient care, addressing any concerns or questions during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document all procedures and results accurately in the patient management system.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns in phlebotomy techniques and best practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant certifications in nursing or phlebotomy (Certificates, Diplomas, or Undergraduate Degrees).
- Experience: Prior experience as a Nurse or Phlebotomist is preferred, with a focus on compassionate patient care.
