Exciting Opportunity: Team Administrative Assistant in Nelson Mandela Bay

A leading company is currently seeking a dedicated Team Administrative Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to provide essential support to various geographical teams in Nelson Mandela Bay, Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to geographical teams, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
  • Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
  • Act as a point of contact for various internal and external inquiries, representing the team with professionalism.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to facilitate completion of projects.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience in an office environment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative roles supporting teams or departments.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
