Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full audit process from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and standards.
- Oversee financial reporting engagements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality service and support.
- Supervise and mentor audit team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Review and finalize client financial statements and tax returns.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Audit Manager or Financial Reporting Manager role within an accounting practice environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of auditing standards, corporate legislation, and financial reporting frameworks.
- Certifications: CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R800,000 – R1,100,000 per annum.
