Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage procurement activities within the automotive manufacturing domain.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and BBBEE (Preferential Procurement, ED & SD Development).
- Drive supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office for effective procurement management and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement within the automotive industry.
- Supervisory Skills: Experience leading a team and managing projects effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R35,000 – R60,000 per month.
