Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage legal documents relevant to the conveyancing process with high accuracy.
- Maintain the conveyancing filing system and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and documentation requirements.
- Assist in property transfers and ensure compliance with South African property laws.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments on behalf of the conveyancing team.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the Conveyancing department.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legal software and document management systems is preferable.
- Qualification: A legal background or relevant qualification would be advantageous.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R250,000 – R280,000 per year.
