Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms and networks.
- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the company culture.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
