Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training programs for staff, ensuring that they align with company goals and objectives.

- Conduct skills assessment and identify training needs for various departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various topics, including technical skills and compliance.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Trade Qualification: Qualified Artisan in Welder or Vehicle Body Builder trade.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability in coordinating training programs is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
