A leading company, Sebenzana App, is currently seeking a dedicated IT Systems & Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Woodmead, Johannesburg. This is a prime opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily IT support, addressing issues and providing solutions efficiently.
- Manage hardware assets, ensuring devices are functional, well-maintained, and up to date.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment for staff.
- Document and track support requests in the IT support system for future reference.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant IT degree or diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical support or systems management.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and familiarity with networking concepts.
