Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users, assisting with hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity problems to facilitate seamless communication.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Document issues and solutions to enhance the IT helpdesk knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in maintaining the IT inventory and ensure that all devices are accounted for and functioning properly.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant IT diploma or certification is preferred.
- Experience: Some experience in IT support or a related role is advantageous, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R84,000 – R144,000 per year.
