Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Gauteng

A leading company, Manpower, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately to various departments.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail delivery.
  • Assist with office supply management and ensure the reception area is tidy.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 per month.
