Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for customer internet connectivity issues, including WAN-related problems.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to appropriate teams or escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining call quality and performance metrics.
- Document all support interactions and follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant IT certification or diploma will be an advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in a helpdesk or call center environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
💰 Salary Insight
