Key Responsibilities
- Perform all sales and merchandising operational activities as per the defined route plan for retail and wholesale outlets.
- Ensure that sales and merchandising standards are consistently met to optimize client relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Implement promotional activities and displays to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a merchandising role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be willing to travel within defined routes regularly.
