A leading South African manufacturer, part of a larger Listed Group, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Practitioner. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact within the human resources department in East London, Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance workforce quality.
  • Manage employee relations and address staff concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for employee development.
  • Facilitate training sessions aimed at improving employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support in the development of HR strategies that promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Qualification: National Diploma in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
