A well-established legal practice is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to join its Corporate team. This is a prime opportunity to enhance your career with Danté Personnel Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all relevant documents are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate court appearances and liaise with clients regarding case updates.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant legal secretarial or administrative certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a litigation environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R25,000 per month.
