Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager in Stellenbosch

A leading company, Communicate Recruitment, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both numbers and hands-on coordination in the beautiful Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily financial transactions including bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks with a focus on organisational skills to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reports on administrative performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to facilitate effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles; a minimum of 3 years preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills; excellent communication abilities; attention to detail and accuracy.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R250,000 – R390,000 per year.
