Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator / Receptionist in Sandton, Johannesburg

A leading company, Digicity Pty Ltd, is seeking a hands-on, vibrant, and responsible Office Administrator / Receptionist. This is a fantastic chance to represent a dynamic HR and Admin team in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the HR Manager with recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant administrative or receptionist certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 – R14,000 per month.
