Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with public and private sector clients to develop sustainable architectural solutions tailored to data centre needs.
- Participate in all phases of architecture projects from concept design through to detailed design documentation and site supervision.
- Assess and develop architectural design processes that meet client objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Research and incorporate innovative materials and practices that enhance the sustainability of architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in architectural design, with a focus on data centres or similar projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and strong understanding of sustainable design principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and teamwork.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
