A reputable finance and distribution company is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join their dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal. If you have strong administrative skills and are looking for your next career move, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter authorized stock adjustments into the ERP system.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems to ensure efficient access to documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of financial documents and reports.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar financial administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical: Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
