Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions for operators on trackless mobile machinery, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Assess the competency of operators and maintain comprehensive training records as required by regulatory standards.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to operational needs and learner capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and update curriculum accordingly to meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate with Occupational-directed ETDP Level 5 Certfication.
- Certification: Registered Assessor with proven experience in training facilitation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a training role within a mining or related environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in compiling training manuals and documentation.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
