Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and standards.
- Lead the retail sales team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed operational decisions.
- Work collaboratively with upper management to improve store performance and team dynamics.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within technology or consumer electronics.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Operational Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of employees and customers.

💰 Salary Insight
