Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily front-desk operations of the practice to ensure optimal workflow.
- Handle patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups to maintain an efficient schedule.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, handling correspondence, and dealing with billing inquiries.
