Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and approve employee leave requests, including primary caregiver leave and mental health leave.
- Manage internet allowance and technology stipends in relation to employee benefits.
- Implement and enhance workplace wellness programs, including fitness club fee reimbursements.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and disputes effectively.
- Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on company policies and benefits.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR management.
- Skills: Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and employee rights in South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
