Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Senior Community Leader in Cape Town

A respected community organisation, RecruitMyMom, is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior community leader. This role serves as the operational backbone of a busy leadership office in the vibrant area of Gardens, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior community leader, managing schedules, correspondence, and reports.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, events, and community engagements ensuring seamless execution and follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents, displaying professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and goals achieved.
  • Act as a liaison between the senior leader and community stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Personal Attributes: High degree of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and project management tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R30,000 per month.
