Exciting Opportunity: Office & Digital Administrator for a Boutique Clothing Brand in Western Cape

A leading company in the fashion sector, VGP Recruitment is seeking a reliable and adaptable Office & Digital Administrator. This is your chance to join a vibrant team and contribute to the operations of a boutique clothing brand in the scenic Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Support the digital marketing efforts, including campaigns on platforms like Clipchamp and Meta Ads.
  • Coordinate office logistics to maintain an organized workspace and assist with inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, both in-person and via digital platforms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant experience in office administration or digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a reliable work ethic.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though candidates without direct experience may still apply.
