A leading company, TrudyQ Consulting, is on the lookout for a dedicated Receptionist to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
  • Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Utilize basic software applications (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook) for daily operations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address concerns and provide information.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in a front office or receptionist role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
