Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant at ReWorks Solutions

Are you looking for an engaging role where you can apply your skills in finance and administration? ReWorks Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a vibrant team in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Work US hours (9am-5pm EST) to support the company’s operational needs.
  • Maintain financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Provide support for audits and assist in compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in finance or administration.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Administrative Assistant.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability: Must be able to work US hours.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
