Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency call-outs and ensure the safety and security of the mall.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenant complaints and security management.
- Maintain and monitor air conditioning and cleaning services to provide optimal conditions for tenants and shoppers.
- Establish and manage the security information network effectively.
- Liaise with SAPS and local authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan the appropriate staffing levels for the mall and manage overall operations smoothly.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in operations management or a related role in a retail environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to handle emergencies and resolve tenant issues.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with security protocols and mall operations.
- Education: Relevant degree or certification in management or business administration is a plus.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
