Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning operations across the lodge, including guest rooms.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to the company’s cleaning and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness levels.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to foster a positive working environment.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as necessary.

Requirements
- Qualification: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment.
