Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge Opening

A leading company in the hospitality industry, Zeebra Junction is recruiting for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee guest services and front-of-house operations at a luxurious new safari lodge opening in Namibia. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique hospitality experience in an exclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage the reservation system and ensure all guest bookings are handled efficiently.
  • Lead and train front office staff on exceptional service standards and operational procedures.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with other department heads to ensure smooth communication and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of front office experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using hotel management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 per month.
