Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage employee caregiver leave, ensuring all processes are smooth and efficient.
- Promote mental health and wellness initiatives, including administering 12 therapy/coaching sessions and dependent coverage.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess their productivity and address any mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with HR to create supportive work environments focused on employee well-being.
- Develop engaging programs and resources aimed at improving work-life balance.
Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in employee support roles or wellness programs, preferably within tech or creative sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to empathize and build trust with employees.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with mental health resources and initiatives in the workplace.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
