Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of minimum 5 years in construction project management.

- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and best practices in South Africa.
