Key Responsibilities
- Support the employee record management process to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies across the workforce.

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR compliance efforts and ensure best practices.

Requirements
- Education: A relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or Compliance is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on compliance within the healthcare sector.

💰 Salary Insight
