A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently seeking a dedicated Construction Health and Safety Manager (CHSM – SACPCMP). This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and associated regulations.
- Monitor and enforce safety measures across all construction projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to implement health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for site personnel.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience managing CHS on complex, large-scale, or high-risk construction projects.
- Certification: Valid registration with SACPCMP.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
