Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage reinsurance agreements and programs to ensure adequacy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and clients.
- Implement best practices for risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed analyses of insurance contracts within the non-life sector.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on reinsurance structures and tactics.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric and a relevant degree, preferably in Insurance.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Knowledge: Experience in the cell captive industry is highly advantageous.
- Compliance: FAIS compliance is critical for this position.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
