Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the seamless operation of the front of house during night shifts, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Prepare and process nightly reports, including revenue and occupancy statistics.
- Assist with maintaining the security and safety of the hotel during the night.
Requirements
- Qualification: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in hotel management software.
