A leading company, OttoBauthentic, is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance operational effectiveness in a vital industry located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee business operations to ensure a streamlined workflow.
  • Implement operational strategies that improve structure, quality, and compliance, effectively reducing operational risk.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align business objectives and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes that ensure efficiency and best practices.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or project coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
