Exciting Opportunity: HR / Office Administrator in Northriding

A leading company in North Riding, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is seeking an enthusiastic HR / Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fantastic chance to join a well-respected team and contribute to a thriving workplace in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to finance and HR functions.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric or relevant NQF qualification.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years’ HR Administration experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and best practices.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R15,000 – R18,000 per month.
