Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all site-specific security requirements, maintaining vigilant oversight of all operations.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients regarding provided security services.
- Conduct routine inspections and surveillance to monitor the safety and security of the premises.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing real-time reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in security enforcement, law enforcement, or military background preferred.
- Qualification: Relevant certifications in security management or law enforcement will be advantageous.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
- Compliance: Must be familiar with South African security regulations and legislation.
