Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager (Insurance) in Eastern Cape

AtripleA Recruitment & Temps is seeking a talented Office Manager in the insurance industry. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee branch operations and contribute to the growth of a reputable company in the Eastern Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Implement Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all operations and documentation.
  • Compile and manage branch budget, tracking expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Lead administrative tasks including staff management, office logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an office management role, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficient in office management software.
  • Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R25,000 per month.
