Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager in Cape Winelands

A leading company, Communicate Recruitment, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager. If you thrive in a role that combines financial management with administrative responsibilities, this is a prime opportunity in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks including office management, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software, MS Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R300,000 – R390,000 per year.
