Exciting Opportunity: Senior Administrative Officer in Johannesburg

A leading company, Talent Acquisition Consulting, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to provide executive-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CFO, managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate internal communications and ensure that critical information is relayed effectively within the organization.
  • Prepare high-level documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings and events, preparing necessary materials and following up on action items.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to secure important documents and records.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, professional discretion, and the ability to work independently.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
