Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Cape Town branch. This is a prime opportunity for a proactive individual to step into a pivotal role that supports the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the General Manager, enabling efficient management of inter-office communications and related matters.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and workplace efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory while supervising facility-related matters.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Business Administration or Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an office management role or similar position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective inter-departmental collaboration.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R524,400 per year.
