Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a hygienic and safe manner, in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils and equipment.
- Participate in the planning of menus and ensure that meals are appealing and nutritious.
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to customers’ needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment.
- Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Education: A minimum of Matric is required.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
