Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in Johannesburg

A leading company, the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA), is seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for its Johannesburg office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a non-profit organization that serves over 900 member schools across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Assist in coordinating daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
  • Support staff with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matriculation certificate or equivalent; relevant administrative qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
