Exciting Opportunity: Reception / Admin Assistant in Gauteng

A leading company in the recruitment sector, ESG Recruitment, is seeking a dedicated Reception / Admin Assistant. This is an incredible opportunity to make an impact while working in a collaborative environment in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate schedules and support team members with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure excellent communication both internally and externally, enhancing the overall office experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software suites, such as Microsoft Office.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R70,000 – R91,000 per year.
