Exciting Opportunity: Reservations & Digital Office Manager in Cape Town

Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for systems management? Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Reservations & Digital Office Manager to take full ownership of reservations and back-office operations. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all reservation operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement efficient back-office systems to optimize workflow.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously analyze and improve reservation processes to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of any customer inquiries or issues.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in reservations and operations management, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with various reservation software and digital office tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
